Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Inspect vehicles before/during shifts to ensure compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Handle hazardous materials shipments with DOT protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Adhere to all FMCSA safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license
- 1+ years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in 3 years
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Long Beach area geography
- Physical ability to load/unload cargo up to 75 lbs
- DOT medical certification required
