Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods within Chicago metropolitan area
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries/pickups
- Secure cargo and maintain vehicle cleanliness
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Chicago roadways and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening
