Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to deliver freight across PA routes
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Handle loading/unloading of freight using proper equipment
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Report maintenance issues and document delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with PA roadways
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends
