Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles (box trucks, semi-trucks) with proper CDL endorsements
- Load/unload freight with precision and care
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries across Austin metro area
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Austin-area highways and delivery zones
- Basic math skills for delivery documentation
