Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (26-26ft) for local/regional deliveries
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, DOT compliance, and logbooks
- Optimize routes using provided GPS software
- Complete digital paperwork and delivery confirmations
- Communicate with clients and dispatch in real-time
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and minor maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Box truck or straight truck ownership
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone with reliable internet access
