Responsibilities
- Pick up passengers at their requested location and drop them off at their destination safely and efficiently.
- Use the mobile app to accept ride requests, navigate routes, and communicate with passengers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a secure riding experience.
- Collect fares securely via the app and process payments promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- A 4-door vehicle that is in good working condition.
- Pass a background check and vehicle inspection.
- Smartphone with a data plan (Android or iOS) for app access.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (passenger luggage) and enter/exit the vehicle easily.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
