Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for long-haul deliveries across California
- Strictly adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for optimal route planning and delivery timelines
- Secure and verify cargo during loading/unloading procedures
- Document all transportation incidents and maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- HazMat endorsement preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible night schedules (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of California highway systems and LA metro area
- Physical ability to secure cargo and climb trailer steps
