Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Oklahoma City's nighttime routes
- Load/unload packages with precision and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service during after-hours interactions
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes
- Maintain clean driving record and represent MetroSwift professionally
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shift
- Strong familiarity with Oklahoma City geography and nighttime navigation
- Reliable smartphone with GPS and data capabilities
- Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle troubleshooting
- Pass background check and drug screening
