Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) on overnight routes
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to HOS regulations and DOT compliance
- Navigate optimized routes using GPS technology
- Document delivery logs and incident reports accurately
- Maintain constant communication with dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of hazardous materials preferred
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency with electronic logging devices
