Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations during overnight shifts
- Maintain accurate delivery records using GPS tracking and mobile scanning technology
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operating conditions
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery status and special requests
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols while operating company vehicles
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines and optimize route efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving or delivery experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills with ability to work independently overnight
- Basic familiarity with GPS navigation and mobile technology
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
