Responsibilities
- Safely navigate NYC streets to deliver packages during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof-of-delivery documentation
- Inspect and maintain vehicle safety standards pre/post-shift
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Communicate with dispatch and customers via mobile app
- Adhere to all NYC traffic laws and DOT regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-demand hours
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift 50+ packages regularly (up to 70 lbs)
- Strong knowledge of NYC geography and boroughs
- Availability for consistent overnight shifts (Sun-Thurs)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
