Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods within designated Jacksonville routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during door-to-door interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions efficiently
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and traffic regulations
- Support inventory management and warehouse operations during downtime
Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in all weather conditions
- Strong navigation skills with familiarity with Jacksonville area
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Background check and drug screening required
- High school diploma or equivalent
