Responsibilities

- Lead the design of next-gen Kubernetes clusters and containerized pipelines for ML workloads.
- Optimize system latency and throughput for real-time AI inference and training.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to translate research models into production-grade systems.
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance standards for sensitive data handling.
- Drive architectural decisions that ensure long-term scalability and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and database technologies.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
