Responsibilities
- Safely transport sensitive medical specimens, lab samples, and pharmaceutical products using temperature-controlled vehicles.
- Adhere to strict biohazard safety protocols, HIPAA regulations, and DOT compliance standards.
- Ensure all delivery documentation is accurate, complete, and signed-off immediately upon arrival.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, including checking tire pressure, fluid levels, and cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and ensure a professional appearance at all times.
- Manage time efficiently to meet strict delivery deadlines and route schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, drug screen, and physical examination.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging deliveries and GPS navigation.
- Experience in logistics, delivery, or healthcare support is a plus but not required.
