Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, organs, and pharmaceuticals using company-provided equipment
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols for sensitive materials
- Document delivery status and maintain chain-of-custody records
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities for efficient pickup/delivery scheduling
- Conduct pre-trip equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and biohazard safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certificate preferred
- Experience with temperature-controlled shipping or medical transport
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate specialized courier equipment
- Strong time management and navigation skills
