Responsibilities
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial customers throughout the Detroit metro area.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional demeanor and communicating effectively.
- Update delivery logs, manifests, and paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Handle returns and manage inventory as required during the shift.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in commercial driving or route delivery.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor as needed.
- Strong time management skills and ability to navigate unfamiliar routes efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Excellent customer service skills and a problem-solving attitude.
