Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses within Plano
- Optimize routes for efficient delivery using provided GPS technology
- Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures when required
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any discrepancies
- Perform vehicle safety checks and basic maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Reliable transportation to/from Plano hub
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
