Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations throughout Colorado Springs
- Utilize GPS navigation and delivery apps to optimize routes and meet delivery time windows
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures as required
- Perform routine vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and exceptions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Reliable personal vehicle for remote start (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while following company procedures
