Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies
- Efficiently load, unload, and organize packages using proper lifting techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate delivery status via mobile app and GPS tracking
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed (sorting, scanning packages)
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior delivery or logistics experience preferred
