Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in Virginia Beach.
- Verify delivery addresses and handle all necessary paperwork and tracking systems accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety standards of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction and handle package handling with care.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or delivery issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Current auto insurance and a reliable vehicle (if not company-provided).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries.
