Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Systems: Lead the architectural design of hybrid quantum-classical computing models tailored for the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead research initiatives in quantum entanglement and neural network optimization.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Prototyping & Validation: Develop and validate high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate feasibility before full-scale deployment.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical roadmaps with business objectives and long-term vision.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PyTorch Quantum).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems using novel computational approaches.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes technical projects.
