Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core quantum neural networks that will power our 2026 product suite.
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists, machine learning engineers, and software developers.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating quantum computing capabilities into existing cloud infrastructures.
- Optimize algorithms for near-term quantum processors (NISQ devices) to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Establish best practices for data security, ethical AI, and quantum cryptography compliance.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex scientific concepts into user-centric technologies.
- Present technical strategies and architectural visions to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in leading roles within high-scale tech environments.
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms (e.g., QAOA, VQE) and quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire technical teams.
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) clusters and distributed systems.
