Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Lead technical strategy discussions, defining roadmaps for R&D and product deployment.
- Mentor and grow a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product managers, ethicists, and external partners.
- Oversee code quality, architecture reviews, and system integration testing.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
