The Role
You will be responsible for the high-level design and architecture of our core systems, ensuring they are future-proof for the 2026 landscape. You will lead a team of elite engineers and collaborate with data scientists to translate complex algorithms into robust, scalable code.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our stack.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Research) to define feature specifications and technical feasibility.
- Optimize system performance, latency, and throughput for real-time AI inference.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy standards are met across all deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, distributed systems in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
