Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures that support high-traffic production environments.
- Lead the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on LLMs and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and researchers.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
