Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures capable of supporting high-traffic production environments.
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning models, focusing on Generative AI and Predictive Analytics for the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor a team of talented engineers and establish best practices for AI engineering and code quality.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends to ensure our technology remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD is a plus.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and large-scale system design.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithmic complexity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
