Key Objectives:
- Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives through 2026 and beyond.
- Design scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core machine learning infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security for high-volume data streams.
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging AI trends (e.g., generative AI, edge computing) and integrating them into our product suite.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and development to improve model accuracy, reduce latency, and optimize inference costs for production environments.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI division.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, testing protocols, and governance frameworks for all AI projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or artificial intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
