Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructures: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant systems for large-scale machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for our AI products, aligning them with business goals and industry trends for 2026.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performance team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the development and deployment of advanced deep learning models, optimizing for latency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation standards, and global data regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role within AI/ML.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing systems that handle billions of requests and terabytes of data.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Demonstrated passion for emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, or Quantum Computing.
