Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and delivery time windows
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and optimize routes
- Represent SwiftRoute Logistics with professionalism and positive attitude
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to insured transportation (if using personal vehicle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and handle packages of various sizes
- Strong time management skills and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking and communication
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8-12 hours per shift)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
