Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) for regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS technology
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance reports
- Coordinate with dispatch for real-time route adjustments
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and bills of lading
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Knowledge of California highway systems
