Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in the New York area.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices and navigation apps to ensure timely arrivals.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle returns or issues courteously.
- Perform daily vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of your vehicle and uniform.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and stack packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Proficient use of smartphones and delivery management software.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside within a commutable distance of the New York City metro area.
