Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food items to residential and commercial addresses across LA County
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon request
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Proof of auto insurance meeting company minimums
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling when applicable
