Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial clients.
- Load and unload cargo from delivery vehicles using handtrucks and dollies.
- Verify addresses and ensure accurate drop-offs to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle.
- Handle returns and exchanges professionally and efficiently.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery delays immediately.
- Uphold company standards for professional appearance and punctuality.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable smartphone with data capabilities for GPS navigation.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of San Jose and the surrounding areas is preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
