Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential/commercial addresses within Philadelphia metro area
- Load/unload merchandise using proper lifting techniques (max 50 lbs)
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof-of-signature documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation for on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia neighborhoods and roadways
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
