Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer documentation
- Perform vehicle safety checks and daily maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Optimize routes for timely and efficient delivery
- Communicate delivery status updates via our mobile app
- Handle cash transactions and collect payments when required
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean record
- Reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use company vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and app usage
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Prior delivery experience preferred but not required
