Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely for residential/commercial construction projects
- Maintain strict adherence to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Coordinate with foremen for efficient material delivery and site logistics
- Document daily logs and report mechanical issues promptly
- Assist in loading/unloading materials using proper equipment
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years commercial dump truck experience
- Clean MVR and no preventable accidents in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Familiarity with Tucson area construction sites and routes
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
