Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A dump trucks and heavy equipment on construction sites and public roads
- Transport construction materials including gravel, sand, asphalt, and demolition debris
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all hauls
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Coordinate with site supervisors and dispatch for efficient loading/unloading
- Manage route optimization to ensure timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years experience operating dump trucks or heavy equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor environments
- Knowledge of local Fort Worth/Dallas roadways and construction sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to safety and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
