Responsibilities
- Operate box truck safely and efficiently across the Phoenix metropolitan area
- Manage delivery timelines and maintain 99% on-time performance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain detailed logs
- Optimize routes to maximize daily mileage and revenue
- Coordinate with dispatch team for load assignments and schedule adjustments
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Build strong client relationships through professional service delivery
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck or straight truck experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Arizona roadways
- Reliable personal box truck (2015+ model preferred)
- Commercial liability insurance ($1M minimum)
