Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for the company's "2026 Roadmap," aligning long-term goals with emerging market trends and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of advanced AI models, including Generative AI, predictive analytics, and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Manage a cross-functional team of 15+ engineers, data scientists, and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Identify and secure funding and strategic partnerships for experimental technologies that fall outside current budgets.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for future tech adoption and scalability.
- Present quarterly updates to the C-suite and board of directors regarding progress toward critical 2026 milestones.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading high-tech teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and distributed computing architectures.
- Strong experience in project management tools (Jira, Asana) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity best practices is highly preferred.
