- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning whitepapers
- Design and execute horizon-scanning methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking techniques
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate strategy with futures focus
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech policy, or climate economics
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or Foresight Practitioners)
