Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce strategic white papers and scenario planning documents
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Represent company at global innovation summits and conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across organization
- Monitor emerging tech signals (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience working with Fortune 500 C-suite executives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
