Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 strategic vision using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop actionable roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Present executive-level foresight briefings to board and stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and innovation ROI measurement
- Pioneer Horizon Dynamics' foresight methodology and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
