Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using advanced scenario modeling and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Produce actionable intelligence reports for executive decision-making
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for next-gen products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders using compelling narrative frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment
- Proficiency with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE analysis)
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills
- Track record of developing executable future-strategies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
