Responsibilities

- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Author thought leadership content including whitepapers, trend reports, and keynote presentations
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to identify first-mover advantages
- Quantify future opportunities through market sizing and ROI modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Business Strategy, or related field; advanced degree strongly preferred
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
