Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across 15+ industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Advolve Fortune 500 clients on innovation strategy and exponential growth opportunities
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience advising on regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
