Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders
- Design innovation roadmaps for 2026+ product/service pipelines
- Facilitate cross-industry think tanks with MIT, Stanford, and World Economic Forum partners
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Mentor a team of 3 innovation analysts using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on emerging technology impact (e.g., Nature, Harvard Business Review)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Proven track record of implementing innovation initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI mastery)
- Global network of futurists, VCs, and academic institutions
