Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to map 2026 industry disruption scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making and long-term R&D prioritization
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend intelligence
- Present compelling futures narratives to stakeholders through immersive scenario planning workshops
- Author thought leadership on emerging paradigms for industry publications and conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial or social impact
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategy
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or innovation roadmaps
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
