Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders across finance, tech, and healthcare sectors
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations to proactively adapt to exponential change
- Lead quantitative and qualitative research initiatives using AI-powered trend analysis tools
- Present actionable foresight insights to executive boards and C-suite leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies and societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
