- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and market readiness

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (minimum 3 major projects)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
