As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to identify disruptive opportunities. You'll translate complex signals into actionable frameworks while fostering a culture of experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast industry disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to incubate prototype solutions and validate future scenarios
- Produce trend reports and white papers published in leading industry journals
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in high-stakes decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
